Ken Burton is the husband of Maggie Burton, who turned out to be a PDS Sufferer. Bill Macy found out she was partially deceased, and killed her in front of Ken. Ultimately leading Ken to murder Bill out of revenge and grief.[1]
Ken was killed with his nephew on a tram in Lancashire when a group of Undead Extremists performed a terrorist attack.

After moving away from Roarton, Ken Burton and his nephew, and some disguised PDS sufferers are seen boarding a tram simultaneously. As the tram starts, Ken and the other passengers witness the PDS sufferers taking Blue Oblivion, after making a statement, turning them rabid and attacking and killing the passengers on board.
